ATD Home Inspection

If you are buying a house and want to fully determine and understand the condition of it and its components, then you need a Home Inspector. In most cases people never meet their home inspector until the inspection has already been ordered! You can rest assured we are not all the same. Some inspectors will not crawl though an attic or enter a crawl space or even walk a roof. At ATD, I will always perform these tasks as part of a normal inspection unless a safety concern arises. I try provide my clients with more than an inspection, I want to educate you on the home’s condition along with maintenance tips for repairs and upkeep. With over 22 years in the construction business, let me put my knowledge and experience to work for you. Most inspections take about 2-4 hours in the home, with an additional 2-3 hours writing the report, complete with digital pictures and narratives.
